ABSTRACT
Stroke Supervision System (3S) is developed to get a short-term risk prediction of stroke after a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) based on certain criteria and symptoms that have been faced by the users/patients.
Usually, people thought that they have completely recovered from stroke after some treatments or after an attack, but sometimes the attack could happen again. 3S basically can help the patients to get risk prediction for the next stroke attack based on 3 timelines provided which are 7-day risk prediction, 1-year risk prediction, and 2-year risk prediction. Every timelines provided had a set of questionnaires to be answered by the patients in order to get the risk prediction. Then, they can make further actions by making appointments to consult with the doctor or get advices and tips for the self-treatment section after getting the test result.
The aim of this system is to get the patient ready and alert for the next attack based on the result received.

PROJECT BACKGROUND
Stroke Supervision System (3S) is a web based system that implements the questionnaires to get a short-term risk prediction of stroke attack after a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA). This system will be predicted based on certain criteria and symptoms that have been faced by patients before they go for further actions. After the user received the result of the prediction, user can make an appointment to meet the doctor or view tips for the self-treatment. User can appoint the appointment by adding some information required for the appointment. Then, the doctor will be confirm the date for the appointment. Doctor also will add and update the tips for the patient to view.
